Touch Screen

• A 4.3" touch screen and an intelligent controller call up instrument and programming functions effortlessly
• Equipped with HDMI port and can be connected to any commercially available monitor or TV via an HDMI cable

Communication

• Easily be linked to batch documentation and tracking systems where it has four USB A and one RS 232 interfaces.
• Additional ethernet interface makes this model network-compatible

Digital Logbook

• All actions are recorded and can be viewed if required. If the DataMatic function is activated via a connected USB stick, each action is automatically copied and can then be viewed in a spreadsheet program (e.g. Excel)

Validation

• Fitted with the new system-integrated function to determine the optimum sealing temperature during process validation.
• Complies with the pre-set process of the international Guidance on the application of ISO 11607-1 and ISO 11607-2 (CEN ISO/TS 16775)

Printer

• The new printer is capable of printing the required text information and bar codes.
• Automatically adjusts the font size to match the width of the packaging.

Programming

• Operated as usual with a scanner, all the relevant device configurations, such as packaging materials, print and personnel data, as well as the print sequences beforehand, can be entered via the PC software

Seal Stability

• Sealing seams are 12 mm wide flat with a barrier and excellent stability in the centre.
• As seal stability increases constantly from the outside towards the centre, the soft edges have the advantage that instruments do not break out at the edges
• Ideal even for uncoated Tyvek®and polyolefin packagings.

Sustainability

• A resource-efficient design, the sealers use new sealing technology that largely negates the need for PTFE wear parts and requires only a fraction of the energy of comparable devices.
